Magic Kidney 는 의료기기·의료서비스가 아닙니다. 제공되는 영양소 분석·안전도 표시는 참고 정보입니다. 진단·치료·처방을 대신할 수 없으며, 모든 임상 결정은 담당 의료진과 상의해야 합니다.
Magic Kidney is not a medical device or medical service. Nutrient analysis and safety indicators are for reference only.
1. 약관 동의 · Acceptance
본 약관은 Magic Kidney(이하 "서비스") 사용에 적용됩니다. 가입·앱 사용으로 동의한 것으로 봅니다. These terms apply to your use of Magic Kidney (the "Service"). By signing up or using the app, you agree to them.
만 14세 미만은 이용할 수 없으며, 만 18세 미만은 법정대리인 동의가 필요합니다. Children under 14 may not use the Service, and those under 18 need a guardian\'s consent.
2. 서비스 내용 · What we provide
- AI 기반 음식 인식 및 영양소 추정AI-based food recognition and nutrient estimates
- 식약처 식품영양성분 DB 와의 매칭Matching against the MFDS food nutrition database
- CKD 단계별 한도 대비 일일 영향 시각화Daily impact vs. your CKD-stage limits, visualized
- 식단 기록·추세 분석·리포트 추출Meal logging, trend analysis, and report export
3. 계정 · Accounts
로그인은 선택입니다. 계정 없이도 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있습니다. 로그인은 기록 백업과 기기 간 이어쓰기를 위한 것이며, Apple 로그인·Google 로그인 두 가지만 제공합니다. Signing in is optional — every feature works without an account. Sign-in exists for backup and continuing on another device, via Sign in with Apple or Google only.
계정은 언제든 앱 안에서 삭제할 수 있습니다. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app.
4. 요금 · Pricing
무료 · 하루 정해진 횟수의 스캔, 7일 추세, 기본 한도.Free — a set number of scans a day, 7-day trends, standard limits.
프리미엄 · 무제한 스캔, 무제한 추세, 의사 공유 리포트, 자주 먹는 식단.Premium — unlimited scans and trends, doctor report, frequent meals.
구독은 자동 갱신되며 갱신 24시간 전까지 해지할 수 있습니다. 환불은 해당 앱스토어 정책을 따릅니다. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be cancelled up to 24 hours before renewal. Refunds follow the policy of the respective app store.
5. 사용자의 의무 · Your responsibilities
- 허위·타인 정보 입력 금지No false or other people\'s information
- 리버스 엔지니어링·자동화 도구·무단 접근 시도 금지No reverse engineering, automation tools, or unauthorized access
- 본인 계정의 보안 책임Keep your account secure
- 의료 전문가 사칭 금지No impersonating a medical professional
6. 책임 제한 · Limitation of liability
AI 추정 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다. 같은 음식도 조리법·재료에 따라 영양소가 크게 달라질 수 있습니다. 사용자의 의학적 결정으로 인한 결과에 대해 서비스는 책임지지 않습니다. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI estimates — the same dish can vary widely by recipe and ingredients. The Service is not liable for outcomes of medical decisions you make.
7. 분쟁 해결 · Governing law
대한민국 법률에 따릅니다. 관할 법원은 서울중앙지방법원입니다. Governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The Seoul Central District Court has jurisdiction.
