계정 삭제 · Account deletion
Magic Kidney 계정과 서버에 백업된 기록을 삭제하는 방법입니다. 앱이 없어도 요청할 수 있습니다. How to delete your Magic Kidney account and the data backed up to our servers. You can request this without reinstalling the app.
1. 앱에서 바로 삭제 · Delete in the app
설정 → 계정 → 맨 아래 "계정 삭제"
2단계 확인을 거치면 서버의 계정과 백업 데이터가 즉시 영구 삭제됩니다.
Settings → Account → "Delete account" at the bottom. After a two-step confirmation, your account and backed-up data are permanently deleted right away.
이 폰에 있는 기록은 남습니다 — 계정 없이 계속 쓰실 수 있습니다. 폰에서도 지우시려면 앱을 삭제하세요. Records on your phone remain, so you can keep using the app without an account. Delete the app to remove those too.
2. 앱 없이 이메일로 요청 · Request by email
앱을 이미 지우셨거나 앱에 들어갈 수 없다면 아래 주소로 메일 주세요. 다시 설치하실 필요 없습니다. If you have already removed the app or cannot sign in, email us — no need to reinstall.

본문 가입에 쓰신 로그인 방식(Apple 또는 Google)과 이메일 주소
Include the sign-in method you used (Apple or Google) and the email address on the account.
본인 확인 후 영업일 기준 7일 이내에 처리하고 완료 메일을 드립니다. After verifying your identity we process the request within 7 business days and confirm by email.
3. 무엇이 지워지나 · What gets deleted
즉시 영구 삭제 · Deleted permanently
- 계정(Apple·Google 연결 포함)Your account, including linked Apple / Google sign-ins
- 서버에 백업된 식단·건강 기록 전부All meal and health records backed up to our servers
- 닉네임·언어·단위 등 프로필 설정Profile settings such as nickname, language, and units
남는 것 · Kept
- 「전자상거래법」상 의무 보관 항목 — 주문·결제 기록 5년Order and payment records, kept for 5 years as required by Korean law
- 이 폰에 저장된 기록과 사진 — 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다Records and photos on your own device — removed when you delete the app
되돌릴 수 없습니다. 삭제 후에는 같은 계정으로 다시 로그인해도 이전 기록이 복구되지 않습니다. · This cannot be undone — signing in again will not restore deleted records.
