Magic Kidney(이하 "본 앱")는 만성콩팥병(CKD) 환자의 식단 관리를 돕는 앱입니다. 본 앱은 사용자의 개인정보를 최소한으로만 처리하며, 계정·로그인 없이 동작합니다. Magic Kidney ("the app") helps people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) manage their diet. The app processes the minimum data necessary and works without any account or login.

1. 처리하는 정보 · What we process

음식 사진 (분석 목적, 미저장)
음식 사진을 분석할 때, 해당 사진은 영양소(나트륨·칼륨·인·단백질) 추정을 위해 보안 서버를 거쳐 AI 분석 서비스로 일시적으로 전송됩니다. 사진은 분석 직후 처리되며, 당사 서버에 저장하지 않습니다. 사진은 사용자의 신원과 연결되지 않습니다(계정이 없으므로). Food photos (for analysis, not stored). When you analyze a meal, the photo is sent transiently — via a secure server — to an AI service to estimate nutrients (sodium, potassium, phosphorus, protein). Photos are processed for the analysis and are not stored on our servers, and are not linked to your identity (there is no account).

건강·식단 기록 (기기에만 저장)
CKD 단계, 체중, 식사 기록, 혈액검사 수치, 메모 등 사용자가 입력한 정보와 촬영한 사진의 사본은 사용자의 기기에만 저장됩니다. 이 정보는 당사 서버로 전송되거나 동기화되지 않습니다. Health & diet records (stored on your device only). Your CKD stage, weight, meal logs, blood-test values, notes, and saved copies of your photos are stored only on your device. This data is not transmitted to or synced with our servers.

수집하지 않는 것 — 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 식별정보, 위치, 연락처, 광고 식별자를 수집하지 않습니다. What we don't collect — no name, email, phone, location, contacts, or advertising identifiers.

2. 제3자 서비스 · Third-party services

음식 사진 분석을 위해 다음 서비스를 이용합니다. 전송된 사진은 분석 요청 처리에만 사용됩니다. We use the following services to analyze food photos. Transmitted photos are used only to fulfill the analysis request.

• Supabase — 사진 분석 요청을 중계하는 서버리스 함수(인프라). supabase.com/privacy
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI 비전 분석. 해당 API 정책상 전송 데이터는 모델 학습에 사용되지 않으며, 악용 방지 모니터링을 위해 단기간만 보관될 수 있습니다. OpenAI · Anthropic

Supabase relays the analysis request (serverless infrastructure). OpenAI / Anthropic perform the AI vision analysis; under their API policies, transmitted data is not used to train models and may be retained only briefly for abuse monitoring.

3. 보관 및 삭제 · Retention & deletion

기기에 저장된 모든 기록과 사진은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 앱 내에서 개별 식사·사진을 직접 삭제할 수도 있습니다. 분석을 위해 전송된 사진은 당사가 별도로 보관하지 않습니다. All records and photos on your device are removed when you delete the app. You can also delete individual meals and photos inside the app. Photos sent for analysis are not retained by us.

4. 추적·광고 없음 · No tracking or ads

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않고, 사용자를 추적하지 않으며, 분석(트래킹) SDK를 사용하지 않고, 어떤 데이터도 판매하지 않습니다. The app shows no ads, does not track you, uses no analytics/tracking SDKs, and never sells any data.

5. 아동 · Children

본 앱은 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. The app is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect children's personal information.

6. 변경 및 문의 · Changes & contact
