Magic Kidney(이하 "본 앱")는 만성콩팥병(CKD) 환자의 식단 관리를 돕는 앱입니다. Magic Kidney ("the app") helps people with chronic kidney disease (CKD) manage their diet.

1. 수집하는 정보 · What we collect

• 건강 정보 · CKD 단계, 투석 여부, 자가 설정 한도Health info — CKD stage, dialysis status, your custom limits
• 식단 기록 · 음식 사진, 식별 결과, 양·시간·영양소 추정치Meal logs — food photos, identified items, estimates for amount, time, and nutrients
• 계정 정보 · 이메일(선택), 닉네임, 언어·단위 설정Account info — email (optional), nickname, language and unit settings
• 기기 정보 · OS 버전, 앱 버전, 익명 사용 통계(충돌 진단용)Device info — OS version, app version, anonymous usage stats

건강 정보는 「개인정보 보호법」상 민감정보로 분류되어 별도 동의를 받습니다. Health data is treated as sensitive information and collected only with your separate consent.

2. 이용 목적 · Why we use it

• 음식 식별 및 영양소 추정 — 사진 일시 전송 → AI 모델 → 결과 반환 후 즉시 삭제Identify foods and estimate nutrients — photo sent briefly, deleted right after the result returns
• 식약처 식품영양성분 DB 매칭 — 외부 전송 없음, 기기 안에서 검색Matched against the MFDS food database, searched locally and never sent out
• 오늘 한도 대비 영향 계산 및 추세 표시Calculate the impact on today\'s limits and show trends
• 서비스 개선 — 개인 식별 불가한 통계만 사용Improve the service, using only statistics that cannot identify you

3. 로그인과 백업 · Sign-in and backup

로그인은 선택입니다. 로그인하지 않아도 앱의 모든 기능을 쓸 수 있으며, 그 경우 기록은 기기에만 남습니다. Signing in is optional. Every feature works without an account; your records then stay only on your device.

로그인하면 기록을 서버에 백업해 기기를 바꿔도 이어서 쓸 수 있습니다. 로그인 방식은 Apple 로그인과 Google 로그인 두 가지이며, 이메일·비밀번호 가입은 없습니다. If you sign in, your records are backed up so you can continue on a new device. We offer Sign in with Apple and Google only — there is no email/password registration.

식사 사진은 백업하지 않습니다. 사진은 기기에만 남습니다. Meal photos are never backed up — they stay on your device.

4. 보관 및 삭제 · Retention and deletion

건강·식단 기록은 계정을 삭제하면 즉시 삭제합니다. 단, 「전자상거래법」상 의무 보관 항목(주문·결제 기록 5년)은 예외입니다. 로그인하지 않은 경우, 기기에 저장된 기록과 사진은 앱을 삭제하면 함께 사라집니다. Health and meal logs are deleted immediately when you delete your account, except records we are legally required to keep (order and payment records, 5 years). If you never signed in, everything is removed when you delete the app.

5. 제3자 처리 · Third parties

• Supabase — 인증·데이터베이스 (한국 리전, Row-Level Security 로 사용자 간 격리) supabase.com/privacy
• OpenAI / Anthropic — AI 음식 분석. 해당 API 정책상 전송 데이터는 모델 학습에 사용되지 않습니다. OpenAI · Anthropic
• Apple / Google — 인앱 결제 (결제 정보만 통과)

6. 사용자 권리 · Your rights

본인 정보의 열람·정정·삭제·동의 철회는 언제든 가능합니다. 앱에서 설정 → 계정 에서 처리할 수 있고, 앱이 없어도 이메일로 요청할 수 있습니다. You can view, correct, delete your data or withdraw consent at any time — in the app under Settings → Account, or by email if you no longer have the app.

7. 보안 · Security

• 모든 통신은 HTTPS / TLS 1.3 으로 암호화All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS / TLS 1.3
• 인증 토큰은 기기 보안 저장소(Keychain / Keystore)에 보관Auth tokens are kept in the device secure storage
• Row-Level Security 로 사용자 간 데이터 격리Row-Level Security keeps each user\'s data isolated

8. 추적·광고 없음 · No tracking or ads

본 앱은 광고를 게재하지 않고, 사용자를 추적하지 않으며, 분석(트래킹) SDK 를 사용하지 않고, 어떤 데이터도 판매하지 않습니다. The app shows no ads, does not track you, uses no analytics/tracking SDKs, and never sells any data.

9. 아동 · Children

만 14세 미만은 본 앱을 이용할 수 없으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. Children under 14 may not use the app, and we do not knowingly collect children\'s personal information.

10. 변경 및 문의 · Changes and contact

본 방침이 변경되면 이 페이지에 업데이트하고 시행일을 갱신합니다. If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
